A house church of Anabaptists: Located in the Inland Empire of Southern California
Meeting
We gather weekly Sunday evenings, 5:30 sing, pray, do Bible
study or explore our faith with a meditation and discussion. We share
leadership to make Peace Fellowship a community where every member’s contribution
is valued.
Other Special Events
Periodically
we have special events, service projects, or joint services with other
Mennonite and Brethren in Christ congregations.
Once or
twice a year we have a retreat either as a camping weekend, or in an
appropriate setting.
Mennonite Central Committee Relief Sale: Every year we
participate in our denominations' festival and sale, which is a fund raiser for
missions. Mennonite Central Committee (http://mcc.org) is a worldwide
relief and service organization which provides assistance, help and authentic
witness in situations of need all around the world. The sale this year is
scheduled for May 15 & 16 at PacificLifeCenter on the Corner of San Antonio
and Arrow in Upland, CA.
Ministries
and Giving
A significant part of our worship
and life at Peace Fellowship is our giving of tithes and offerings for ministry
and service projects. One advantage of being a home-based congregation is
that 100% of our giving goes directly to assist human need.
